On 01/03/2019 the Verkhovna Rada has ratified the agreement between Ukraine and Qatar to avoid double taxation.
Rates: taxation of dividends – a general rate of 10%; 5% – for dividends received by a company owning not less than 10% of the capital of the company that payout such dividends, taxation of interest and royalty – the total rate of 10%; 5% – in other cases, provisions of the agreement also foresees an article on the exchange of information which provides exchange tax information without reservations on national tax interests or banking secrecy.
